If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with a registration code, please send an e-mail to register(at)winpst.com. Once we receive the request, we'll try to re-send your code as soon as possible!
How to Uninstall Gnotes?
There're two ways to uninstall the software:
1. Click Star -> All Programs -> Joy Gnotes -> Uninstall Joy Gnotes.
2. Click Star -> Setup -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs then select Joy Gnotes and remove it.
How to Install Gnotes?
Double click joyGnotes.exe, then follow the Setup Wizard, at the end of the installation, you need to input your registration name and code to active the program. After that the software install will be completed successfully.
If the downloaded file is corrupted?
If the internet connection has been terminated before the end of the download (size does not match) or if the download procedure returned damaged data (it may happen during a connection) then the install procedure will fail returning an error message. Delete the downloaded file from your hard drive. Then try to download the file from the same source.

My license name and registration code doesn't match!
There are two common reasons this happens:
You haven't installed the full-function version. you MUST uninstall the evaluation Edition, then download and install the full-function. The download link can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email you received after ordering.
You may have accidentally typed in the wrong registration code. We recommend you COPY and PASTE rather than type the registration code manually. Your registration code can be found in the confirmation email, the registration code format will appear like this:
xxxx-xxxx.
